William Shakespeare, Playwright and Great English Poet
Playwright and the great English poet William Shakespeare was born in 1564 in Stratford-on-Avon, England. Apparently he's got a decent basic education but not until college trampled. Shakespeare married at the age of eighteen (his wife twenty-six), three children before reaching age twenty-one.
A few years later, he went to London, became a stage and playwright. When the age of thirty Shakespeare has shown success. And when the age of thirty-four foot, he's a rich man and is considered the leading British playwright. Ten years later, he was led to major works such as Julius Caesar, Hamlet, Othello, Macbeth and King Lear.
Within a period of twenty years had a special meaning Shakespeare lived in London, his wife still live in Stratford. Shakespeare died in 1616 at about the birthday-52. She has no living descendants.
There are 38 well-known plays of Shakespeare's creation, including some small drama that may be worked with other people. In addition, he wrote some 154 sonatas and 3 or 4 verses long.
Judging from the genius of Shakespeare, the results and fame that have been granted, may be what strange impression because his name was not placed in the upper sequence in this book list. I put Shakespeare is so low not because I did not appreciate the power of his art, but simply because I believe that in general literature, or the characters are not artists have a great influence in history.
Activities of religious leaders, scientists, politicians, investigators, philosophers, the more often pecipta affect various fields of human life. For example, the progress of science has a major influence on the life and political economy, and also affected religious beliefs, the nature of philosophical and artistic development.
However, a famous painter, although he had a major influence on other painters, not have any influence on the development of music and literature, it is said also to science, or field of investigation. The same applies to the fields of poetry, drama and music. As a result, in general bisalah say, the influence of artists that just touches the fields of art, even limited to parts of the particular art. Therefore, there is no literary characters, music or other arts are placed on the order of No. 30, even very few that appear in this book.
If so, why was there also included a list of artists? The answer is, the pleasure of art is a direct part (though not always the main part) in the life of the individual. In other words, someone can provide some of the time listening to music, some read books, some looking at the painting and so on. Even if we spend time to listen to music has no effect on our other activities (this of course something exaggerated) after all this time remains an important thing in our lives.
Private course an artist may have influence on our lives more than we spend time to listen to music, read a book or enjoy their work. This is because his work has influenced so much good work of other artists whose outcome we prefer.
In some ways, more or less artistic work has philosophical meaning that can affect our attitudes in other problem areas. This, of course, occur more often in matters related to the literature rather than music or painting. For example, in Romeo and Juliet (Act III, scene 1) Shakespeare wrote the words of the prince "Mercy but murders, pardoning those that kill," clearly presents an idea (off people accept it or not) who have a philosophical meaning and more political influence than , say, looking at the painting "Mona Lisa."
Apparently no doubt Shakespeare beat all literary figures. Relatively, very few people now read the works of Chaucer, Virgil or Homer, unless they work it so the provision of school reading. However, staging a Shakespeare must surely be welcome. Excess Shakespeare in verse perangkuman really do not tertandingkan and the sentences are often cited, even by people who have never even seen the goods, or read his plays. More than that, the real true of how fame is not just a passing traffic. His work presents its readers and happiness to the audience for nearly four centuries. Because it works well established time-tested, is worthy of Shakespeare's assume that will continue to popularize the centuries to come.
In the case of determining the significance of Shakespeare one must take into account if he had never lived in the world, his plays would not have been written at all. Of course, to some extent, similar statements can be given to each artist or literary figure. However, that factor does not seem so special importance in the assessment of the weight of influence on artists, small size.
Although Shakespeare wrote in English, he's really known figures seseluruh world. If instead a very universal language, English is the most likely measures than other languages that ever existed. After all, Shakespeare's plays have been translated and widely read and performed his work in various countries. Michael H. Hart,One hundred most influential figures in the history.
